As the COVID-19 continues to impact people around the world with increasing risks and complexities, Axil Scientific is committed in doing all that we can to support our customers throughout the course of pandemic and to provide continuity of services at all times.

Measures in Limiting the Spread of Disease

We are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 situation and following guidelines from the Singapore Government and other relevant authorities. We have further stepped up measures to limit the risk of exposure and spread of COVID-19. All of our employees have been made aware of the best practices of sanitization and protocol for avoiding the spread or contraction of disease.

Business continuity plan has been put in place to maintain continuity of critical functions such as manufacturing and delivering of products and services while practicing social distancing and ensuring the safety of our team.

Supporting our Customers and Communities

While the situation continues to be fluid and ever-changing, possible extension to the stipulated lead time may be expected in some cases. Rest assured, we will do our utmost best to fulfil orders and deliveries with minimal disruptions and delays.

Specifically for our DNA sequencing customers, you may experience a delay in the release of sequencing results by an additional day. However, samples that are related to COVID-19 will be prioritized.
